Gage Hartung is a native Floridian. He joined Shuster Design Associates in 2000 and is now a Senior Interior Designer with the firm.  Gage received a Bachelor of Science degree at Florida State University, studying in its prestigious School of Visual Arts / Interior Design.  Upon completion of his degree, he returned to South Florida to begin his career working with a number of world famous designers before joining Shuster Design.

Gage grew up in the construction industry, his father was a successful general contractor in Palm Beach County who took him to work and taught him how things are designed, put together.  It is from this foundation that he developed his understanding of design, eye for detail, color, scale, product knowledge and project management.

Notable projects include, a French country estate home in Boca Raton, a contemporary ski lodge in Tamarack, Idaho, a sleek modern home in Miami and a Japanese inspired home in Westin.   Gage’s work has been featured in Florida Design magazine, Luxe Interiors and Design magazine and Florida Architecture magazine.

Gage was honored with the “Star on the Rise 2013” award given by the Design Center of the Americas in recognition of his growth within the design community.

Gage is active in his local community, serving as chairman of the Biscayne Park Planning and Zoning and Code Review boards.


Frank Parker

Frank is fascinated by the way a project comes together, from initial napkin sketches to the final working/construction drawings he creates; different aspects, people’s experiences and opinions all collaborate to form on cohesive design. Having an eye for detail, he notices the small things; if a junction looks awkward or the window placement is off he strives to have it done better!


Laura Azznara has been working with Louis and The Shuster Design Team since February , 1989. With an associates degree in accounting from Westchester Community College in Valhalla NY. I am Controller and Office Manager at the firm.  At the reception desk in our studio, my duties are varied and include accounting,  numerous administrative functions, greeting new clients and vendors and keeping our organization running smoothly. With nearly three decades at Shuster Design , I pride myself as "the go-to girl in the firm.


Project Manager
Clayton Weidner has been with Shuster Design since 1993. He oversees the projects from an in house design to jobsite supervision. A graduate of the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale with an AA degree and won the Portfolio Award. Clayton has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Florida A&M University. Clayton is a designer of numerous high-end residential spaces and commercial interiors. Clayton enjoys all facets of design, ranging from hi-tech to traditional styles. Clayton is an avid golfer and enjoys all sports. He spends his leisure time camping with his family and has twin daughters who attended FAU.

Williams Martinez - Originally from Venezuela, I have resided for 15 years in Central and South Florida.
After receiving my Bachelor's Degree in Interior design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale
I interned with Shuster Design Associates. My career continued, working with well-known local
design firms prior to returning to the team, as Louis Shuster's design Assistant.


Rob Lawn

Rob has worked for many boutique residential interior design firms in south Florida over the last 30 years. Taking a project from inception to completion is his specialty with an eye for detail and passion for excellence.


Rodd Sayler

Rodd is originally from North Dakota and relocated to South Florida in the mid 1990’s. He has been with the Shuster Design team since 2000 and is the firm’s “go-to-guy!” Rodd’s extraordinary resourcefulness enables him to paint, hang artwork, refinish furniture, assist with installations and solve many of the problems that are part of the business. His skills are unlimited and he is valued by the firm and clients alike.
